November 2021 Suntara Sound Circle Schedule
Hi Everyone, Here is the Schedule for November! We continue with Daily Breathwork Monday to Thursday as well as our having our special events. Looking forward to a great month with you all!
Theme for November is “Transformation”
Let’s harness the energies of Scorpio this month for deep transformation and clearing out of all that does not serve us. Ask yourself what would you like to transform? Later in the month with the Full Moon in Taurus we will do a process to ground the new you. Who is the new you for 2022 :)
I have left some space for spontaneity in this months schedule. I need to find a balance between scheduled and spontaneous. Last month I scheduled too much and ended up having to cancel some sessions. This month I am going with less schedule but with an intention to do more as it flows with a few days notice given to you all. I am also talking to Rosarmy in the next few days about doing a session together. Stay tuned. Thanks for your understanding last month when I needed to rest.

I have created a morning routine of Breathwork, Tapping, Gratitude and Visualisation that is very practical and powerful. It is a culmination of nearly 20 years of being a breathworker and healer. Every second day we will do a gentler “Integration Session”
