Let’s calm our nervous systems and let go of tension and stress to allow our “Cork to Float”. Peace and well-being are our natural state and with Breathwork we can breathe away what is stopping us for experiencing our natural state of well-being.

“Breathwork Abundance Process” Full Moon in Leo Rebirthing Sound Healing
Abundance is our natural state of being. It is our birthright. All we have to do is look to nature to see how abundantly nature gives. Fruit trees give 100s if not thousands of fruit and thousands if not ten of thousands of seeds. The only thing that stops us from living abundantly is our own negative thought patterns. The intention of this session is to clear the blocks that are stopping us from being Abundant in all areas.
