Theme for December is “Daring to be YOU”
Many of us, including me, have spent part or most of our lives as a watered down version of ourselves. In an effort to please others especially our parents or partners we put forward a persona that isn’t always authentically who we really are. Now with the upheaval that is upon us in the world, many are being forced out of jobs that they have been doing for years. What will they do now?
We are all being called to step fully into our truth more than ever. This month’s intention is that as a Circle we can move together towards this new level of truth and authenticity.
We are here to support each other through these big shifts.

I have created a morning routine of Breathwork, Tapping, Chanting, Gratitude and Visualisation that is very practical and powerful. It is a culmination of nearly 20 years of being a breathworker and healer.

Lou van Stone is an incredible vocal Sound Healer and a dear friend. Having Lou grace us in the circle has been a long time coming and believe me it was worth the wait. Don’t miss this amazing Angelic Sound Journey from Lou.

From the 20th of December till the Full Moon in Cancer on the 17th of January there will be no fixed schedule. As I do each year I’m taking a month out to be with my family. There will be no scheduled events during this time but that does not mean there will not be any events! I can’t help myself :)
Also remember there are many many sessions, so many of which are untouched by most of you available to you 24/7 on demand with amazing audio on Suntara TV.
